George Hicks, is an Ohio certified prevention consultant with over 35 years of experience of working with “at promise youth” and communities. George is a high energy and seasoned professional with a tremendous breadth and depth in program development. He coordinates programs both in schools and communities setting. George works to identify the prevention needs of target populations and works with the community to address those needs. He also facilitates a variety of presentations and trainings in community settings. He is an Ohio Adult Ally for youth-led programs and currently partnered with the City of Columbus Recreation and Parks, Maryhaven Gambling Intervention Program, Columbus City Schools, NAMI Franklin County, Columbus Health Department, Asian American Community Services (AACS), Lead the Way Learning Academy, Capital University, BIPOC communities, and Be the Village OHIO.

Dawn is an Ohio Prevention Specialist Assistant with ArkBuilders, Inc. working as a Prevention Coordinator in diverse communities throughout Central Ohio and beyond.
She has a background in gun violence prevention, drug/alcohol prevention and intervention, crime victim advocacy, and instrumental/music theory. She has a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies with a focus in Victimology from Kent State University, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice Administration from Wilberforce University and a Bachelor’s of Music from Central State University.
Mohamed Amin
Mohamed Amin is a prevention specialist with ArkBuilders, Inc. He has over 2 years of experience in prevention. Mohamed has held many different titles and positions in prevention work, from being a mentor, to instructor to site coordinator and leading community meetings and discussions. He is a father of 3 beautiful children, in his free time he likes to play soccer and basketball.
